Unlike most architecture practices we confirm our fees upfront! They are fixed and will not change unless you decide to add-on an additional service. Our fees are priced in relation to the size of your project and are broken down across multiple stages. You can see what each stage includes on our How We Work page here.

Internal reconfiguration of a 85 sqm (3/4 bed) house or a single storey extension of approx. 10 sqm. Loft conversion of approx. 30 sqm. Garden room / outbuilding of approx. 15 sqm. The above scope may be mixed subject to size, or on size may be prioritised over another.
Approx. build cost - £25,000 - £100,000.
small project
Internal reconfiguration of a 120 sqm (3/4 bed) house and an extension of approx. 25 sqm. Loft conversion of approx. 30-50 sqm. Garden room / outbuilding of approx. 25 sqm. The above scope may be mixed subject to size, or on size may be prioritised over another.
Approx. build cost - £150,000 - £300,000.
medium project
Internal reconfiguration along with extensions of approx. 50 sqm. A loft conversion of approx. 30-50 sqm can be added along with a garden room / outbuilding of approx. 35 sqm. The above scope may be mixed subject to size, or on size may be prioritised over another.
Approx. build cost - £350,000 - £550,000.
large project
Internal reconfiguration along with a large extension. A new build house of approx. 150-200 sqm inc. garden room / outbuilding of approx. 35 sqm. The above scope may be mixed subject to size, or on size may be prioritised over another.
Approx. build cost - £600,000 - £850,000.
extra large project
A very large internal reconfiguration along with a large extension. A new build house of approx. 200-300 sqm inc. outbuilding / pool house of approx. 50 sqm. The above scope may be mixed subject to size, or on size may be prioritised over another.
Approx. build cost - £900,000 - £1,200,000.
complex project
A unique project such as a listed building, commercial complex or housing development. It’s not necessarily a larger project than the above, but a project that is not defined by a category or something that needs more attention to the fee. This could include everything from detailing windows for a listed building or designing a new apartment building for a developer.
