Stage 2: Developed Design
Design drawing package to include:

Allowance for 1 design review meeting & email/phone
support
Coordination of various consultants as required
Stage 3: Design Submission
Drawings collated and refined for planning/LDC submission
Final design amendments and updates if required
Allowance for 1 design review meeting & email/phone support to discuss the process and build upon design ideas
Design & Access document for planning submission
Planning application/LDC form completed and submitted
Support throughout the application process, and additional drawings/information if requested by the LA
Stage 4: Technical Design
Technical drawing package to include:
Site plan to show surface & foul water disposal
Proposed floor plans to show wall construction, means of escape, surface & foul water disposal, access requirements, & structural information, etc
Proposed elevations showing datum levels
Cross section A-A to show construction methodology, thermal performance & structural design
Long section B-B to show construction methodology, thermal performance & structural design
Coordination with structural engineer and other consultants, etc
Building Control specification document
Any additional drawing as requested by Building Control
Stage 5: Tender & Construction
Tender drawing package to include:
Setting out information (plans, sections & elevations)
Finishes schedules (floor finishes, wall finishes, sanitary fittings and window & door schedule)
1:5 & 1:10 section details of specific junctions (foundations, wall connections, eaves, etc)
Schedule of works
Tender pricing document
Submission of tenders to desired contractors for competitive bids (if required)
Review, assess and appoint desired contractor (if required)
