Old Coach Road was a Victorian dairy before becoming a residential property, the dwelling is a large house that extends considerably further down than what is shown in the 3D. The plot was already been separated in two, with the east wing forming an annexe that the clients rented.

The clients wanted to extend the rented wing to create a larger 2/3 bed property that could be let as a holiday cottage.

As part of our service we investigated various design proposals for the project, creating a large extension to accommodate an entrance lobby, WC/cloakroom & bedroom above. The client decided to proceed with undertaking the works themselves and we look forwards to seeing it completed.
