Feasibility Study
Got lots of ideas but not sure what is possible? Should you improve your home or move? Will you need planning permission? What challenges might you face?
Our Feasibility Study will address any concerns and questions you might have. For a small fixed fee, you will get an architectural feasibility document that includes the following:
A virtual investigation of your property/land through estate agent plans (where available), photos, and any previous and relevant local planning applications
A feasibility assessment of your project against things such as local planning policy, flood risk and any planning restrictions (eg. conservation areas/listed buildings/TPO’s)
A summary of build-ability (for existing properties)
A design summary of where to build your extension / house and how large to make it
Rough square metre cost assessment for your type of project
Advice on working with an Architect for the first time and how to develop your brief
THE PROCESS
After payment please email us any information you have about your property, including its address. We will then do the rest by researching the property further. Sometimes there can be limited information of the property online, if there have been no recent sales or planning history. In this situation, we will provide more attention to the design & planning side of the study.
SEQUENCE
Proceed with payment;
Email us your property info;
We will create our feasibility document within 1-10 working days (this may depend on how busy we are), once the property address has been provided;
We will send you the feasibility document in pdf format along with A4/A3 prints if required.
